Waypoint: the daily map game
Do I need an account?
No. You can play every game as a guest. Add a name and email when you want your scores on the leaderboard.
How do I play on my phone and computer?
Join the leaderboard with the same email on both. Each time you sign in on a new phone or computer, we email you a 6-digit code from play@waypointmapgame.com; type it in and your points, colored-in map and daily results come with you.
I didn't get my code
It usually arrives within a minute. Check your spam or promotions folder for an email from play@waypointmapgame.com, then tap Send a new code. Each code works once and expires after a short time. Still stuck? Email support@eureka-holdings.com.
When does the daily game change?
At midnight in your own time zone. Everyone gets the same 10 questions that day.
How does a place get colored in?
Get it right twice in a row, in any game. Places you miss go on your practice list.
How do I change my leaderboard name?
Open the Leaderboard screen and tap Change name.
How do I delete my account?
Open the Leaderboard screen, tap Delete my account, then tap again to confirm. Your account and scores are removed right away.
Someone has an offensive leaderboard name
Tap Report next to the name, then tap again to confirm. The name is hidden for you right away, and once two people report a name it is hidden for everyone. Names with offensive words are blocked automatically. Waypoint has no tolerance for abusive or hateful names.
I found a wrong answer or a bug
Tap the speech-bubble button on the home screen, or Send feedback after any game. Every note is read.
Is Waypoint free?
Yes. Every game mode is free to play on the website and in the apps.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Waypoint runs in any phone or computer browser today, and the iPhone, iPad and Android apps are on the way. Your account works the same on all of them.
Can I use Waypoint with my class or my team?
Yes. Teachers can use it free with their students. For company training, school-wide programs or licensing, write to hello@eureka-holdings.com.
