About the game
Most geography games test one thing. Waypoint mixes them. One question asks which state borders Tennessee, the next asks which port has the code CNNGB, the next asks which city's airport is MCO. Everyone gets the same daily game, so friends, classrooms and teams can compare scores.
Places you get right twice in a row are colored in on your own map. Places you miss go on a practice list, so the game doubles as a study tool for students learning the states and for people in shipping, logistics and aviation learning port and airport codes.
Why it was made
Waypoint was built by someone who works in ocean freight, where port and airport codes are part of the daily language. It started as a way to make learning them fun and grew into a daily game for everyone.
